Al Kifah Tower is a landmark building located at King Fahd Road, Al Dammam City, Eastern Province. It's a 16 Floors office building and commercial shops on ground & mezzanine floors.

Yasmine Villa

OAEC designed the project in 2014. it's a luxury residential villa, diwania and guest house villa. The scope of work was architectural & engineering design and supervision services, interior design and material selection.

The project located in Al Jubail City under the authority of Royal Commision Jubail & Yanbu (RCJY). It's a ground and mezzanine commercial shops, three floors residential apartments (1,2 &3 bedrooms), car parking basement floor. The architectural style is the mediterranean style.
